Make a Request to Safeguard your IP
At the request of our clients, Jarrett will not advance, disclose, mention, offer, or provide any proprietary information, including trade secrets, research, commercial information, or financial information, pertaining to our client’s development efforts or projects. Additionally, the firm will work with clients to legally constrain the release of any client proprietary information.
Not Uncommon
It is not uncommon for Jarrett to work on proprietary projects. We do it frequently. The firm is trusted in its industry. If your business or commercial entity requires restrictions, then please make the Jarrett team aware of your specific requirements. This is especially important if you represent a new client.
